It is obvious that the relative humidity fluctuations take different statistical behavior from other meteorological quantities and it is found their average scaling exponent is higher than that of the temperature fluctuations. The US Dollar Index (USDX) is an index (or measure) of the value of the United States dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies, often referred to as a basket of US trade partners' currencies. Further, the relative performance of this system to other established forecasting procedures is investigated and illustrated by three empirical studies.
